The Good and The Graces
Here's to the end of a hectic, overwhelming week! I do not even know where to start. First of all, I've spent quite a large portion of this week cutting fabric for my quilt. This quilt is actually a partner project for my socials class. The project is called "The ABC's of British Columbia." Basically what we have to do is; find 26 people, places or events that are significant to BC that begin with each of the letters of the alphabet, write a summary about it, and find a creative way to display it. Being my typical self, the first thing I came up with was a quilt. You know, ABC's = Quilt? Right? Haha! I don't know. In case you want to know my logic for that...I guess the first thing I think of when I hear "ABC's" is Mickey Mouse, and the first thing I think of when I hear "Mickey Mouse" is a quilt?
I hope you're all having wonderful weeks as well!

I also got an email this week from a local bank in my area. Guess who scored their first job interview?!?! Right now, I am in search of a business outfit. Apparently we have to dress in appropriate office attire. This is so not me :( I honestly feel and look way too young to be in clothes like that. Any helpful tips and suggestions?
Finally, I found out that I was accepted to be a part of my school's "Mission Team." The Mission Team is a group of around 30 students in grades 11 and 12 that travel to the Philippines every two years to build houses for families in need through a campaign called Gawad Kalinga. SO stoked for this once in a lifetime experience!
Yet again, I have buried you all in words. Sorry! Here are some pictures from another research trip in British Columbia's capital city, Victoria!
